"Fair Use"

Honestly i think that Fairey was well within his bounderies when he created the iconic hope campaign picture. The reason why i believe so is because he only used Mannie Garcia original picture only as a raw image and didnt actually involve it, meaning the original picture in his work. Its like people play sheet music and record themselves, they are not violating any copyright law unless they claim to have written the music which they didnt, that would be plaigerism.

The Cloud Vs Ownership.

Pros of cloud based media/software.

• Easy access.
• Always backed up, in case your physical computer is damaged, your software is safe.
• Very convenient

Cons of cloud based media/software.

• Speed is determined by your internet speed not computer speed.
• Privacy might be an issue.
• If the server your software is on crashes or burns you loose. access to your software.

Cloud based media greatly reduces the threat of piracy but if you buy software I believe you should have the right t share with who you want and cloud software is limiting the ability to do this.
