Honestly i think that Fairey was well within his bounderies when he created the iconic hope campaign picture. The reason why i believe so is because he only used Mannie Garcia original picture only as a raw image and didnt actually involve it, meaning the original picture in his work. Its like people play sheet music and record themselves, they are not violating any copyright law unless they claim to have written the music which they didnt, that would be plaigerism.

Cons of cloud based media/software.

• Speed is determined by your internet speed not computer speed.
• Privacy might be an issue.
• If the server your software is on crashes or burns you loose. access to your software.

How does Prism( NSA surveillance program) affect me.

I have recently heard about the NSA surveillance program they like to call "Prism." I think it’s basically a way for the government to get rid of some of my unalienable rights by completely violating my privacy. Right now NSA affects me in one key area of concern, my phone call privacy. According to Meghan Foley's article on Wall Street news, An NSA court order forced Verizon to turn over metadata on the numbers called and the time and duration of calls for its United States customers. Since I am a Verizon customer, I greatly believe my privacy is at risk because I believe very soon another court order will be passed allowing the NSA to basically listen in on my conversations that I carry out in my personal life and soon they will be tracking everyone's location form their cell phone and can just storm in on you from nowhere and arrest you. Since the government is above the law, if you are suspected of any terrorism, even if they is absolutely 0% evidence that suggest even knowing anything about terrorism maybe even what the word "terrorism is" they can still detain you for as long as they so desire. That's not cool.
